What does Available on Backorder Mean?
The website shows items as available on backorder when we have no finished stock on the shelf available to be picked, but we can fulfil the order quickly.
Your order may not be despatched immediately, but usually within 3 working days.
Many of our products we make ourselves, in this case we may make more stock the same day or on the next working day as the order. Occasionally some items may need to be brought in from a third party supplier.
When can I expect my delivery?
Backordered items will usually be depatched within 3 working days, in most cases the same day or next day. When we are very busy like at Christmas times or large production runs, things might take a little longer.
