PermaPaper® Premium

PermaPaper® Premium makes durable, tearproof, waterproof digital media highly affordable! Excellent durability and printability with a wide variety of digital and traditional print technologies, yet without the high price normally associated with heat-resistant synthetic films for digital print. This unique PVC-free film with a paper like feel is ideal for longer runs and higher usage where digital printability and cost per sheet are important.

It is a co-extruded, high white opaque, double sided matte coated polypropylene based film which resembles paper in appearance.

• Printable on both sides by conventional and UV offset, water and UV flexo, Letterpress, Screen, Thermal Transfer and suitable for dry toner printing.
• Can be folded, sheeted, stapled, hot foiled, die – punched, serrated and perforated. (for perforation always keep tie length <0.5mm and edges of perforated sheet or label should be cut)

Printability: The coating is suitable for digital printers, but also produces good results with laser printers and photocopiers. Printing by Offset is also possible. As with all synthetic products PermaPaper® Premium should be tested with individual printing machines before

production runs are undertaken.
